Consultation has concluded. 

At its March 2024 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to re-adopt the Building Over or Adjacent to Council Assets Policy.

This policy provides clear guidelines for construction works over or adjacent to Council’s gravity sewer mains, sewerage rising mains, water mains, stormwater pipes or other Council assets.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
