Consultation has concluded
At its November 2023 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Mobile Vending on Public Land Policy.
The reviewed Mobile Vending on Public Land Policy provides guidelines for mobile food vending on public land such as roads and car parking areas and at specified locations (fixed sites) on public reserves.
The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for an extended period in addition to the required 28 days.
