PROPERTY: Lot 2 DP 1191699 and Lot 3 DP 1191699, 13 Edward Place and 142 Martins Lane Knockrow.

PROPOSAL: Re-subdivision of two Torrens Title lots to create one x 40.16ha lot and one x 89.47ha lot.

The development is classified as “integrated development” pursuant to Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the NSW Rural Fires Act 1997 section 100B, as it requires approval from NSW Rural Fire Service.

Persons making a submission may need to disclose political donations/gifts provided to a Councillor or Council employee. Significant penalties apply for non-disclosure. Any person may make a submission in writing to Council. Where a submission is by way of objection the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission. They may also be included in Council’s business paper. If you do not wish your submission to be publicly available you must provide Council with written reasons for this. Alternatively, you may wish to provide an anonymous submission. However, anonymous submissions may be given less (or no) weight in the overall consideration of the proposal.
