Annual Financial Statements - 30 June 2025
Consultation has concluded
The Annual Financial Statements to 30 June 2025 together with the draft Auditor’s Report were presented for consideration to the 23 October 2025 Ordinary Council meeting.
In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Ballina Shire Council advises that the Ordinary Council meeting to be held on 27 November 2025 will include the formal presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2025.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 2093 (NSW), you are invited to make a submission in writing below with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports.
Submissions close: Thursday 4 December 2025.
