At its 25 September 2025 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to exhibit the Code of Meeting Practice for public comment.

This document includes mandatory provisions included in the local government regulations. This code outlines how Council meetings are conducted and aims to support effective meeting procedures.

A code of meeting practice must be adopted no later than 12 months after a Council election.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
