Ballina Shire Council is proposing to enter into a lease agreement for occupation of part of the land known as ‘Crawford Park’ at 21 Alston Avenue, Alstonville which is on land classified as community land under the Local Government Act 1993 (‘the Act’).

Term: Four (4) year lease
As the land is classified as Community Land, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, interested persons are invited to make a submission in writing with respect to the granting of the proposed lease.
Where a submission is an objection, the grounds of objection must be specified. All submissions, including any personal information, will become publicly available and will be made available to the applicant and interested members of the public. Submissions may be included in Council’s business paper and provided to the Minister for Local Government.
