At its February 2026 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Community Property Leasing and Licensing Policy.

This policy aims to provide a process and criteria to asses the granting of leases and licences of Council owned or managed properties to Not for Profit Community Groups which are to be predominantly used for sporting, recreation or other community purposes.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
