At its October 2025 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Concealed Water Leaks - Financial Assistance Policy.

This policy provides guidelines to clarify the financial assistance Council will provide for excessive water bills as a result of a concealed water leak.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
