Our community lies at the heart of everything we do. As we tackle the challenges for growth, we prioritise the needs of our community. While we aim to address a wide array of requests, our available resources need to be used efficiently and responsibly.

Our Draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan 2024/2025 - 2027/2028 provides key actions and services for the 2024/25 financial year, a summary of our major capital works and our financial details for the years ahead.

These plans are vital as they outline how we will resource and maintain the services and infrastructure that impacts our daily lives, including water, wastewater, waste management, open spaces, footpaths and drainage.
