At its August 2026 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Donations - Financial Assistance for community Groups.

The objective of this policy is to provide a framework for Council to consider requests from eligible community groups for the reimbursement or waiver of Council fees.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
