At its July 2024 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Events on Public Land Policy.

The Events on Public Land Policy is designed to provide a documented process describing how event organisers may obtain approval to hold an event on public land in Ballina Shire including parks, open spaces or streets.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
