At its September 2026 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Local Procurement Policy, now the Local and Sustainable Procurement Policy.
The objective of this policy is to maximise local economic benefit through procurement while ensuring value for money, ethical conduct, environmental sustainability and positive social outcomes thorough Council's procurement practices.
The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
