PROPOSAL: S4.55(2) Application to Modify Development Consent 2024/248 (Information and Education Facility) to amend Conditions 68 and 81A to replace the requirement for road widening works on Whites Lane with works consistent with the recommendations of the Road Safety Audit. No changes are proposed to the approved land use, built form, operational capacity, access arrangements, parking or hours of operation.
