In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Notice is hereby given that the following nominated integrated development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close Friday 19 December 2025.

The development is classified as “nominated integrated development” for the purposes of Section 4.46 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as it requires a Controlled Activity approval from the Department of Planning and Environment-Water under Section 91 – Water Management Act 2000
