Approval of Development Control Plan Amendments

Notice is given as required by clause 14(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 that Council has adopted amendments to Ballina Shire Development Control Plan 2012 (BDCP 2012) Chapter 3 Urban Subdivision – 5.6 Cumbalum Views and maps at Appendix D.

The amendments to BDCP 2012 were adopted as exhibited subject to additional amendments made by Council. A copy of the amended development control plan and maps are attached.

The amendments to BDCP 2012 will come into effect on the day that Planning Proposal PP-2025-2378 is finalised and the amendments to Ballina Local Environmental Plan 2012 are published on the NSW Legislation web site.
