Ballina Shire Council is proposing to grant a Licence for part of land known as Lumley Park, Alstonville, classified under the Local Government Act 1993 (‘the Act’) as ‘community’ land. The details are as follows:
Licensee
Alstonville Tennis Club Inc.
Location of Property Part of Lumley Park, Alstonville (on part of Lot 333 DP 755745 and part of Lot 7004 DP 92641 (excluding the public toilets), as outlined on the below plan.
Purpose
This building will be licenced for the sports amenities building and tennis courts.
(Note: This is a proposed new licence to the existing tenant)
Term of Licence 12 month licence.
As the land is classified as Community Land, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act, interested persons are invited to make a submission below with respect to the granting of the licence.
Where a submission is an objection, the grounds of objection must be specified. All submissions, including any personal information, will become publicly available and will be made available to the applicant and interested members of the public. Submissions may be included in Council’s business paper and provided to the Minister for Local Government.
Submissions closed: 4.30pm Wednesday 13 September 2023.
