Proposed Resolution to Reclassify Land as Community Land and Categorise this Land as Park 

Lot 32 DP 1292552 (12 - 22 Dundee Avenue) Wollongbar known as Wollongbar District Park

The Wollongbar District Park (Lot 32 DP 1292552) is currently located on operational land. Council proposes to resolve to reclassify this land as community land in accordance with the provisions of section 33 of the Local Government Act 1993. Council also proposes to resolve to categorise this land as a park in accordance with the provisions of section 36(4) of the Act.

The subject land is located as shown by red outline on the Location Plan.
