Ballina Shire Council prepares documents to plan for the future direction of our shire and to assist with our service delivery. Community consultation is a key element in preparing these documents and your feedback is key to this.

This policy aims to assist Council in complying with disclosure requirements concerning Key Management Personnel (KMP), their close family members, and entities controlled or jointly controlled by any of them stipulated under the Australian Accounting Standard AASB 124 Related Party Disclosures.
