CURRENT ROAD NAME: Camden Lane

PROPOSED ROAD NAME: Balun Lane

NAME ORIGIN: Balun is a Bundjalung word meaning 'Big Waters'. The proposed name reflects local Aboriginal and cultural heritage.

Ballina Shire Council proposes to name the following roads in accordance with the Roads Act 1993.
