The development application comprises ‘nominated integrated development’ for the purposes of Section 4.46 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and requires referral to the Department of Planning and Environment – Water under Section 91 – Water Management Act 2000 and to the Department of Primary Industries – Fisheries under Section 219 - Fisheries Management Act 1994.

Alternatively, you may wish to provide an anonymous submission. However, anonymous submissions may be given less (or no) weight in the overall consideration of the proposal.
This development application may be reported to Council for determination at one of its Council Meetings.
