Ballina Shire Development Control Plan 2012 (BSDCP2012) proposed amendments

Council resolved to amend the Ballina Heights Estate Structure and Landscape Plans at its meeting on 22 June 2023. The amendments will align with proposed zoning changes associated with the relocation of the Ballina Heights Neighbourhood Commercial Centre.

The Ballina Heights Estate Structure and Landscape Plans are contained in Appendix B to Chapter 3 - Urban Subdivision of BSDCP 2012.

The DCP amendments are on exhibition from Tuesday 4 July through to Tuesday 1 August 2023.
