Consultation has concluded. 

At its March 2024 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Management of Contaminated Land Policy.

This policy ensures that the likelihood of land contamination is considered as early as possible in the planning and development process by Council, consultants and developers, ensure that changes in land use will not increase the risk to health or the environment.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
