Consultation has concluded. 

At its March 2024 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Private Structures Within Council Owned Waterways Policy.

This policy provides clear guidelines around the use and occupation of Council owned waterways for private boating structures.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
