In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 notice is hereby given that the following integrated development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close Saturday 18 April 2026.

The development is classified as ‘integrated development’ pursuant to Section 4.46 of the EP&A Act, as it requires approval from Transport for NSW under the Roads Act 1993.

Alternatively, you may wish to provide an anonymous submission. However, anonymous submissions may be given less (or no) weight in the overall consideration of the proposal.
