PROPOSAL: Alterations and Additions to hardware and building supplies development comprising:

• Building extension of 2,063m² GFA
• Erection of ‘viewing platforms’
• Changes to access arrangement and loading bays and reconfiguration and extension of car parking to provide for 36 additional car parking spaces (284 spaces in total)
• Additional signage
• Changes to hours of operation (6.00am to 10.00pm, 7 days per week)
• Associated earthworks, vegetation management works, landscaping and infrastructure works

In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 notice is hereby given that the following integrated development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close Saturday 18 April 2026.

The development is classified as ‘integrated development’ pursuant to Section 4.46 of the EP&A Act, as it requires approval from Transport for NSW under the Roads Act 1993.
