Consultation concluded 29 November 2024.
At its October 2024 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to make a change to the 2024/25 Fees and Charges for Events on Public Land - Event Application Fee for Commercial Users.
The current 2024/25 Events on Public Land Application fee for Commercial Users is $494 per event and the fee will now be reduced by 20% when the same commercial operator holds more than three events in the same financial year.

Update to 2024/25 Fee: $494 - a reduction of 20% of this fee will be applied where there are more than three events in a financial year by a commercial operator.
In accordance with section 610F(3) of the Local Government Act, this fee is to be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
