In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Notice is hereby given that the following integrated development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close 18 April 2025.
DA No: DA-2016/524 PAN-506607
APPLICANT: GTH Resorts No 1, Pty Ltd
PROPERTY: Lot: 239 DP: 1201225, 67 Skennars Head Road SKENNARS HEAD 2478
PROPOSAL: Section 4.55(1A) modification to Development Consent DA 2016/524 to amend the approved site masterplan, civil drawings and stormwater management plan, introduce construction staging, and modify conditions for Stage 1 of a Seniors Living project being for 147 housing sites for future serviced, self-care seniors housing and a manager’s residence; two storey clubhouse, recreation facilities, roads, utility services, environmental management and environmental protection works. Associated works include vegetation removal, filling of a large part of the land, relocation of a Council water main, removal of an overhead power line, demolition of an existing dwelling and establishment of a fire trail.
The development is classified as "integrated development" for the purposes of Section 4.46 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979as it requires approval from Department of Primary Industries-Fisheries under the Fisheries Management Act 1994, NSW Rural Fire Service under the Water Management Act 2000.
