At its April 2026 Ordinary meeting, Council resolved to adopt the updated Related Party Disclosures Policy.

This policy aims to assist Council in complying with disclosure requirements concerning Key Management Personnel (KMP), their close family members, and entities controlled or jointly controlled by any of them stipulated under the Australian Accounting Standard AASB 124 Related Party Disclosures.

The draft policy will be publicly exhibited for 28 days.
