PROPOSAL: Alterations and additions to Resource Recovery Facility comprising:

• Construction of a new roof over the weighbridge station and installation of a new weighbridge (inbound traffic)

• Installation of a new boom gate

• Construction of covered staff area and covered walkway

• Construction of a new roof over the salvage store and a retaining wall

• Upgrades to internal roads

• Provision of four additional parking spaces and a new car park entrance

• Construction of a new kerb ramp and footpath to enhance disability access

• Signage

• Vegetation management works

Notice is hereby given that the following development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close Friday 27 March 2026.
