PROPOSAL: Section 4.55(1A) modification to Development Consent DA 2016/524 - Revisions to lot design, setbacks, car parking locations/numbers, emergency exit/turnaround, and entry; removal of the manager’s residence; inclusion of an additional house site resulting in a total 148 house sites; redesign of the clubhouse; introduction of staging; additional retaining walls; and administrative changes to conditions.

Notice is hereby given that the following development application has been lodged for Council’s assessment and determination. Submissions close 27 November 2026.

The development is classified as "integrated development" for the purposes of Section 4.46 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as it requires approval from Department of Primary Industries - Fisheries under the Fisheries Management Act 1994, NSW Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997 and the Department of Planning and Environment - Water under the Water Management Act 2000.
